Maria Melki Fatte is one of the owners and General Director of the company “Au Gant Rouge” founded in 1867 in Lebanon. Au Gant Rouge is a Lebanese icon in the art of tableware and decoration.

For over a century now, Au Gant Rouge has been representing prestigious French brands in Lebanon.

Au Gant Rouge represents also various French artists and creators in Lebanon. Many of these artists are part of the “Ateliers d’Art de France”.

Au Gant Rouge has always strived to bring the influence of the French “Art de vivre” to Lebanon.

Between 1981 and 1988, Maria worked at the Central Bank of Lebanon as a member of the Research, Statistics and Economics studies department. She contributed to the publication of reports and economic studies in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
Maria has graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with both a Bachelor and a Master degrees in Economics.
